Are you serious? This must be a joke!

A cowardly, fat piece of <profanity removed> like you lecturing a true hero on the sacrifices of war?

Where were you during Viet Nam?

You and your ilk weaseled your way out of military service with trumped up medical deferments. All while low and middle class Americans suffered and died in another unjust and illegal war.

At least you did not have a chance to go AWOL like the criminal in the White House.

I'll be one of the first ones here to say I don't want a Kerry/McCain ticket, but for ANYONE to lecture McCain on sacrifices of war, ESPECIALLY HASTERT AND THE REST, is ludicrous!

I live in the district that, unfortunately,has Hastert for a representative. Any time you write to this clown with a position he doesn't agree with, IF he replies, the reply is loaded with arrogance and contempt.
He has a pretty solid base out here, but that base is made up of those who merely back him because he supports bush. You know, those who watch fox non-news and never think with the brains they were given.
Fortunately, there seems to be a large influx of progressives out here, so he faces a BIG fight in his next bid for re-election.

I just hope we keep seeing more of these. Can you please make sure if you write to your GOP senator or rep that it is online like this so we can see public domain proof these skalawags are getting this type of input from their constituents?

11. I called his office today in Washington and said basically

the same thing to the staffer that answered my call. I didn't use any profanity though.

When I saw his "performance" last night on NBC I was shaking I was so angry. I'm not a big John McCain fan, but after all the man did spend five and half years in the Hanoi Hilton while that fat bucket of lard did nothing.

I also told the staffer that if I lived in Hastert's district here in Illinois, I would definitely vote for his opponent.
