Mike is trying to tie enough corroborating evidence to show that they lied. But from a legal standpoint there is still too much room to squirm.

We'll get them,,,maybe not tomorrow or the next day ...but before the election of 2004...

Today I have called my senator and congress woman and my local Public Radio news dept (Diebold). Tonight I called Malloy. I will not let Bush sit in MY whitehouse any longer. But it has to be done right. Emotional appeals are good for elections but they will fail miserably when prosecuting the criminal.

I am worried about Malloy's take on this. He is making emotional appeals rather than digging for evidence that we can hang Bush inc on. I understand the need to keep the hopes of liberals up but I do not believe it should be done based on bad information. Either we can pin Bush to the wall with this with verifiable evidence or we will blow our own credibility in the attempt.

But do we use this as an emotional flag or do we use it as a means of getting rid of Bush now? If we want to fry Bushies ass we need legally prosecutable evidence. Not hints, suggestions, inuendo, conjecture and smoke. We need to hit the nail square on the head and only direct evidence will do.
