As long as our elected leaders aren't willing to fight for anything, who knows what they might stand for, or give in to, tomorrow.

I'm very proud of them for blocking the judges, but other than that, it's been a bad few years.

we need a Dem' contract with America based on vets, old people, kids, the poor, family farms, and balanced budgets - Throw in some environment/small business stuff too. Maybe a national ccw program? I'm sure there's people here who know the issues better than I do as far as what's workable and what's not.

the canidates are for the most part. It seems that the only thing you know for sure is that they will try to trash shrub. I want to see them all get some legs and stand on thier own. IMHO.

This kind of thinking leads to people making all their political decisions by asking themselves what the proper leftist position is, like "What would Chomsky think." Also, the more extreme the better. Extremeness is purity, moderateness is pink-tutu.

Frankly, most people do consult a list of positions and vote that way. It's called the party electorate.

My fifth option was a mistake...."fuzzy" allows people to be muddle.
