Is Bush Getting 5-6 Prime Time TV Slots.............free????
Yesterday, I first heard that Bush was going to give a "major Iraq policy speech" to a war college and then would be giving one EVERY week until the turn over of the Iraqi government on 6/30. Today Blitzer termed the speech, "prime time".

To me "prime time" means nationally televised. Dose that mean that each week he is going to get the same freebe on each "major Iraq policy" speech?? I'm bullshitted that they even give him this one because this isn't any damn "policy" speech. Seen that before. This will be another campaign stump speech with all the "stay the course", "our brave men and women" bullshit...guaranteed.

No wonder Kerry might play the game of not accepting the nomination at the convention, and thus, extending his money. Bush's game, obviously, is that he's going to use these almost "media mandatory" opportunities from here to November for free propaganda bliztes---and this from the secret administration who did not communicate with the American people for three friggin' years!!! I hope these 'speeches' end up being mocked and spat unpon just like his State of the Union bomb. I sure hope we don't have the predicitable shoot up in the polls after Bush spreads his "little lies on the masses". Damn this vermin. He must be sweating running out of his $200 million and counting.

1. Good! Keep it in prime time....uh....uh....uh....strateregy!
Its important for everyone to keep seeing what a complete fucking incompetent idiot he is. All his speeches bomb anyway, he isn't going to help his re-selection one bit by presenting them in prime time.

2. webster---I kept thinking that the first one would probably turn people
off because it's already being said it's a "things are going to get a lot worse before they get better" (agree, asshole---we had to endure you for 4 years before we get Kerry) and "stay the course" blah, blah. I thought that if they put this douche bag on every week, it won't sooth the American people, it will make them want to kill the son of a bitch. Too much taking away from prime time, you know. I just hope there isn't that swing of those 6% who always swing when something or other happens.

3. Supposedly...
Bushco is not requesting primetime coverage from the Networks. It'll be interesting to see which ones "choose" to cover it.

4. Good---I was wondering if the major 3 would refuse---they did that
with one of his speeches. It would be a slap in the face to him if they requested and were refused. I assume, for Blitzer comment, that these cable news networks will. I just really, really, don't want to have this prick shoved down our throats for weeks. Networks would, I assume (but then, dumb me) that networks would have to give some time to Kerry or risk the American people going nutso on them for letting Bush do "free campaign advertising".

5. Boy do I know what ya mean........
I thought the same thing when I heard this yesterday. He will be jammed down our throats probably till the election.....if we have one. And yes he is manipulating the cable news channels to his advantage again. But this time, everyday till June 30th is nauseating and requires stones on his part to do this. They(the Administration) are in trouble now with GAO for using money from Medicare fund to put out propaganda ads for the Medicare Drug Benefit Program. So maybe it will be stopped before he gets too many of them in. Hope so.

9. Unbelievable.

I'll bet the fucker won't be taking questions either.
Six hours of free campaign commercials on every major
network.

Diabolical.

Have I said today how much I hate these people? (Thanks,
Malloy.)
