When Bush gets impeached (after stealing 2004), his whole
administration will have to go too, so my question is...
who would be the proper person to take their rightful place, Gore or Kerry? Hmmmmmmm.

1. It will have to be Hastert
That's what the Constitution says, unless Democrats somehow win back the House, in which case it's President Pelosi.

4. Ol' Denny will be looking for a window cell...
after he's convicted of trying to bribe a congressman on the floor of the House.

6. The Speaker's being next in line for the presidency...
isn't in the constitution:

Article. II.
Section. 1.

Clause 6: In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, (See Note 9) the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

There are those who think that the Speaker of the House being next in line is unconstitutional - a separation of powers issue - and that "what Officer shall then act as President" should come from the within executive branch.

"Congress may by law provide for the case of Removal, death..."

Congress has. By law. Specifically, the Presidential Succession Act of 1947.

The whole order of succession is in that law. The Speaker comes after the Vice President, then the Senate President Pro-Tempore (currently Ted Stevens of Alaska), then to the Cabinet, going in the order in which Cabinet posts were created. (State, Treasury, Defense, A-G, Interior, Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, HHS, HUD, Transporation, Education, Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security).
