Those are Uranium Glass Marbles, something that is very rare and comes from 1 of two sources, America or the Chek republic, the former was stopped in the late 1920's early '30s, I'd have to check the date; the latter was made much more recently but is much more dangerous. From the numbers listed on the Geiger reading they are likely the American version which is becoming progressively more rare. They really are mostly harmless, the radiation level is so low that three layers of normal paper will stop it. As a note the Sun produces 400 for a point of reference Where as these are listed as 100-200.
Since they are Soft (Sodium Lime Glass or Lead Glass) and being sold from Texas it tells me that these people are being nothing more than trying to profit from the Iraq War, something despicable.
This is Soft Uranium Glass which means it is more common that Uranium Borosilicate. The Latter is also known as Pyrex or 'hardened glass' both are more valuable to a glass blower than to most people since straight U-Glass such as those from that auction can be used for raw materials in art usage, still, there isn't much there either.
