In response, MoveOn PAC is airing a new ad that contrasts Kerry's courageous service in Vietnam -- which earned him three Purple Hearts -- with President Bush's early departure from the National Guard. Recently released documents show that while Kerry wrote "I request duty in Vietnam," Bush checked the box "do not volunteer for overseas." The ad concludes: "This election is about character. It's between John Kerry, who left no man behind… and George W. Bush, who simply left." ...namely that MoveOn is violating campaign finance laws by mentioning names. That would be an interesting question; are you breaking the law if you mention BOTH names?

bush* minions even sued MoveOn.org...but it turns out that EVERYTHING done by MoveOn.org is very LEGAL....
