i am glad the neoCON label has stuck and they should ALWAYS apply it to any of the 'think-tank' fronts... at least identify them as CONSERVATIVE.

5. Bush promised "compassionate conservatism"

Most Americans would be happy if if was at the very least "competent conservatism".

I really, really, really think that the ol' competence issue is the best way to take on Bush. Prick that balloon, turn the "Daddy" party into the "Babysitter on Drugs" party. Slam again and again on the "accountability" and "responsibility" issue. There are no "grownups" in charge, there's just a bunch of empty suits who THINK they're in charge, but they are fucking JOKES, and are totally blind to what is really happening in the world.
