What's the story on this website ?

It came up in a discussion at a right leaning site where they are grappling with the logic of some government warning that the terrorists are 90 percent doen with their plans to attack,
yet somehow the government has no idea what the plan is or when it will be done.

Anyway has anyone heard the lo down on this site ?
