I saw something interesting on CNN today....
They were giving the casualty figures for the "war on terrorism". They put a figure of 69 on the screen? Then they said that over 800 had been killed in the Iraq War. They did not include Iraq in the "war on terrorism"? Have they done that before?

1. Considering the WH is always connecting the two it
is surprising that CNN reported it that way. Could be the tide is running out and CNN doen't want to miss the boat.

2. CBS News seems to seperate the WOT from the Iraq invasion/occupation
At least lately, when I've caught it. I was watching the overnight news on CBS last night and they said something like "the war on terror and the war in Iraq."
