10. koch endorsed Bush

Lst year, Ed Koch spoke at the Orlando Tiger Bay Club and said that Bush is a great president and he was going to vote for him and he asked everyone else to do so too. I was shocked and so was my girlfriend who happens to be a Republican. (BTW - Koch gave one of the worst speeches I have ever heard.)

Is it really too much to ask that if you are going to post a comment referring to an interview that Koch is giving to Air America, and from which you conclude that Koch is a jerk, that you give some details of the interview??????

Koch. He gave his whole life to be the mayor and something tells me he didn't appreciate getting displaced. We have a slew of these disgruntled senile Dems of old power., their days(and concept) of public service long gone.

The good old junkyard NYC dogs spite lives on and thrives on attention that can be used to pour spleen into the heart of the Party that left them behind.

Talking about his conservative convictions is useless. You can see why we often have to import Dems from other states to win anything in this primarily Dem state, because the leadership is enthralled with the Harakiri blade of soured reputation.
