Will W be the first US president to go into exile???
With more and more revelations surfacing regarding W and the torture scandal, the lies regarding Iraq invasion, Bush’s ties with Saudi Arabia, the Plame investigation, the 9/11 commission report, etc., I have had this nagging feeling that sometime soon, W is going to take Air Force One to a “unexpected, unscheduled meeting” with some “official” in another country. It will be unannounced but it will be a ruse; AF1 will return home empty. In other words, W will go into exile in a “Bush-friendly” country, especially if the photos described by Seymour Hersh are made public…

An honest man in the DOJ starts to investigate the crimes of Buscho, it gets real hot for them, and the whole damn family ups and leaves by private jet in the middle of the night to the only country willing to take them in, their good friends Saudi Arabia.

Anything's possible, even for the Bush Family. How many people would have believed the events of Election2000 if they were described BEFORE they actually happened?

How many people would have believed the events SINCE W took the White House if those events appeared as a book published PRIOR to the coup?

How many times have we heard/read (on DU alone) "Did you EVER think it would get this bad???" or "In your WILDEST dreams...?"

Saudi Arabia is a "Bush-friendly" country and would be a very appropriate place of exile. My choice for him would be St. Paul's Rocks... a barren collection of bird-shit stained rocks in shark-infested waters 500 miles off of the coast of equatorial Brazil.
