Ugh! the reason this is a national emergency is b/c of the VULNERABILITY
of an attack of some sort!

Bloomberg telling us that there is no plan to have the NG assist or anything.

That's bullshit. If there is a terror plot that has been in the planning stages, this IS the time to strike..... with bio or chem or anything else if the bad guys have their weapons.

Or, maybe there isn't really a HUGE network of terrorists operating in this country.

Anyway around it.......it's a dangerously vulnerable situation.....that requires PREEMPTIVE protection.

It's a wake up call that we need to fix the system so that one small failure can't trip the breakers so far down the line. We've known about the problem ever since the first great blackout of '65 but I guess they don't want to spend the money to fix it.

Maybe they'll lump this in with the whole "national security" thing and finally get around to solving the problems.

4. Hmmm, seems that the outtage IS a major protection thing.......
If one section gets overloaded.......ya gotta shut the breakers off, so to speak,...... Electricity is a pretty wild thing...
