What is up with this photo of Poppy?

6. whoops. sorry
I looked, and didn't see it anywhere. From a distance, it just looked like he was gettin' old and freckled. Yikes -- cancer surgery? I had no idea.

10. Are you sure about the skin cancer thing? I never heard about that before.
These photos are a couple years old, and they were taken shortly after the "pretzel incident" when Junior went to play golf with his daddy. The wound Junior sustained on his face from the battle with the pretzel looked similar to Poppy's in these photos.

You might recall that at the time the Department of Homeland Perpetual Fear and Paranoia was openly speculating about potential small pox attacks (from Saddam's non-existant supply) and having vaccines in development. It was my theory at the time that the Bush Criminal Empire was planning to arrange such an attack, and that these facial wounds on the Bushes (as well as Cheney's disappearance from public view) were their reactions to the vaccine - which naturally they would give themselves before "Al Qaeda" would launch such an attack.

Small pox vaccinations are known for giving the patient a very mild case of the disease, so these type of blistering wounds wouldn't be out of the question.

11. Treatment for pre-cancerous lesions from sun damage
The guy's a golfer. His son the golfing faux-cowboy will sooner or later be treated too. Blue-eyed people gotta watch that.

Anyhow, as much as I've avoided the sun in my life, I still have come away from the dermatologist with many blisters from liquid nitrogen for removal of actinic keratoses (fancy name for sun-damaged spots). Once I was given a course of Efudex, a cream which acts like a chemical peel and targets the bad spots. It's uncomfortable and really ugly while it lasts -- takes over a month to grow the skin back and look more or less normal. It's appreciably better than the alternative, though, which is having skin cancer.

Poppy's doctor did this to him -- he'll be fine for his parachute jump.
