We liberated Iraq...few insurgents...former regime members...few bad guys...we're successful now in Iraq...but some difficult problems...we will prevail...blah blah blah

Oh, Patterns of Global Terrorism?...our report that terrorism in decreasing?...we're not fudging data...but woops, our bad...nevermind.
