every sunday morning and bible study on wednesday night, cause if they arent they are the biggest fraud in this religious stuff, and why arent we seeing him in church services

He says he goes to church every Sunday? And there is a lack of evidence that he does (i.e., no one sees him at church)?

he says he does. k, i want to know. i would think if he does then they would occassionally or every sunday show him going to church. personally i feel they are fakers, and i believe they are not. i believe it is probably known they dont go and it isnt reported they hypocrisy of this religion

i enrolled in one of the church school, and when i would not sign document that i and family as a whole would go to church every sunday.........i got a call first from preschool principle and then later the top dude of orginixation. but i have to go to church, but i wont i say, but you have to, and i wont. and i wont lie saying i will and sign document,.

this groups priority is for like people to be around each other as much as possible, so as to not lose control or suggest further thinking. bottomline, baptists are good and diligent making church a priority, all the real ones, wink

A very good Methodist friend of the type Bush* claims to be is fascinated by his "willingness" to show up in Maine at the church of his parents---she says: "proves to me that he *isn't* quite the man he claims to be" Why? Because he'd be front seat in DC at his church and NOT at the Episcopal church in Maine at all----makes sense to me, my church (Episcopal) stands publicly for everything the Chimp rejects.

Is he suddenly claiming he's a twice a week man? I doubt that. Where are the endless photos of "god's own special man at prayer?"

If you watched the Frontline show on his brand of religion, you found out he got it from a bunch of rich guys in a do it yourself bible study group.

You see, most churches still pay at least lip service to Christ's admonitions to give to the poor and to love your neighbors as yourself. Do it yourselfers can choose to ignore all that stuff and go for the rich man's loophole in Paul, that faith alone is all that is necessary for salvation.

Bush has his own cadre of ministers and codependents in this surrounding him in the White House and holding prayer meetings. They provide a fine echo chamber for his perversion of the word "Christian," and offer no challenges.

Bush is all-fraud, all the time. Previously, I thought Bush's biggest personal fraud is his alleged ability to run 7-minute miles. According to a story in the Baltimore Sun last year, Bush's knees are in such bad condition he hasn't been able to go jogging outside for the past 11 months or so.

I also read a Newsweek article a few years ago about "how" the chimp came to be so publicly religious. It's all a KKKRove orchestrated act. When the chimp was campaigning he accidentally used some common bible quote when he was giving a speech. That day, KKKRove started receiving a ton of phone calls from the Christian RWers...Jerry Falwell types. They were all going on about how WONDERFUL it was to hear the chimp quote from the bible and they thought, if the chimp wanted to win the election, he would portray himself as a religious man...PUBLICLY. Hence, our holier-than-thou-idiot-in-chief. It's all an orchestrated bunch of BULLSHIT!

If Bush reads the Bible every morning, then he's had a RECENT conversion! Remember, anyone, before 9/11, when we were told of Bush's daily routine as Gov and as President? He woke up early, worked out or ran, played video games, and napped. Never was there a mention of the Bible. The rich guy Bible study mentioned on Frontline and on this thread is like a boot camp for repuglican politicians.. so that they can be well versed in the Bible, in order to reap BIG BIG donations and support from the immoral Christian right wing political machine. There is also a swanky housing "dorm" for up and coming legistlators, paid for by those very people.. and it includes Bible study. They know where the money is.. nothing more. Bush, who is fond of obscene tirades STILL, is NOT what he pretends to be.. he's a phony, created by Karl Rove. Ashcroft is a religious wingnut, tho.. and even scarier. Bush may have used a 12-step program to kick the alcohol, and that does push religion.. but he's hardly a saint.

I'm shocked by people who say that Bush is Godly man, who would (supposedly after he was "saved"), he uttered the infamous sentence over an open mic upon seeing Adam Clymer from the NYT, "he's a major league ASSHOLE"... sounds pretty obscene to me.

that said that Bu$h spent most of his weekends at either Camp David or Crawford. When he is at Camp David, supposedly he goes to Sunday services in the private chapel at the camp. I don't remember what they supposedly did at Crawford.
