Dang it! I missed Clinton Saturday!

He came into town to get some McClard's BBQ (In Hot Springs). And we had even talked about going that day...

2. I missed him when he was in Hope...

but so did most everyone else. My Dad goes to church with one of his cousins here in Hope, AR. She said he was in town for just a short while and was seen by about 75 invited guests (she was one of them). Like I told my Dad, I never have met Bill Clinton, but would like to some day. He said he met him at the Fair Park here in town back when he was Governor of Arkansas and had a one-to-one talk with him.

I sure hope he will make a more public visit to town some day. He apparently told "Louise" (the cousin) that he would be coming down here more once the library in Little Rock is finished. Hope so!
