there's going to be a bunch of shady editing to make bush look bad, and that all the information presented in the film is going to be factually wrong.

MM knows better than to put out a movie that has factual errors

i started to argue with them-- that there was no shady editing (they tried to claim the "now watch this drive" was edited to make bush look bad by cutting out what he said after that) and my next point was going to be, do you REALLY think he would put out a movie full of lies and erroneous information? don't you think that would totally defeat the purpose of the movie and the timing, when the media is already going to be scrutinizing to the point of insanity-- do you really think it's in his best interest to just make things up and lie?

The "We've got to stop these terrorist killers" and "now watch this drive" is SEAMLESS. There is an edit from a medium shot to farther back to show the drive, but there is NO EDIT during GWB's comments to the press.

Then there's his "The haves ... and the have mores" comment at the fundraiser - HAHAHAHAHA - That's so funny!!!! NOT!

It IS amazing. But when my glassies witness it, I'm sure my mind will be blown.

That bit about the "Haves and the have mores being his base was obviously not edited and that in itself is blatent contempt for the American people.
The comment about editing answers the spin question, thats what they did with Bowling For Columbine, "he edited the tapes to make Heston look bad." Moore refuted every claim against BFC in Dude, Wheres My Country, and anyone who took the time to research his claims would find out they are true. While Moore is slanted as far left as you can get, and he has a tendancy to manipulate the audience it doesn't mean what he says is false. I'm willing to bet, after the hassles he got over BFC, that he was extra careful not to give anyone any ammo to use against him. It's obvious by the trailer that he can let the administration shoot itself in the foot...

The part in the trailer where Moore asks the Congressman to sign his kids up to go to Iraq...I don't know who that guy was, but I have heard that he told Moore that he has two nephews in Iraq, but Moore cut that out of the film.
