MOST people who heard that Rush Limbaugh and his wife, Marta, had split, assumed she dumped the bombastic broadcaster. That's what we reported on Saturday. And that's what happened — she moved out. But Limbaugh, who has trouble telling the truth — remember his silence on his drug addiction before he went into rehab — wants us to believe that he dumped his wife. "Marta has consented to my request for a divorce, and we have mutually agreed to seek an amicable separation," he told listeners yesterday. "As I said, it's a personal matter and I want to keep it that way. I don't intend to say any more about this on the air."
