Poll question: Who speaks the best for YOUR Democratic Party?
Edited on Tue Jun-15-04 05:18 PM by dems4america
Who is the person that speaks for what you believe to be the Democratic Party? We all know there are different wings of our party, so who best represents your views?

3. Cuomo!
When he was on the Daily Show last week, John asked him if you could sell nuance to the American people, and he extemporaneously delivered a one minute speech as if he were Kerry. Lifted the hair on the back of my neck. What a loss that he never ran...and what a compelling political mystery.

6. I Am The World's Best Test Taker
Edited on Tue Jun-15-04 06:20 PM by ThomWV
I really am. I read the question without looking at the possible answers and I know the answer. Then I just look down the list to find the one that closest matches what I believe to be true. Don't laugh, it got me through college with a 3.8.

When I read the question the only answer that popped into my head was Al Gore. I have honestly come to think of him as the Voice of the Democratic Party. True, Kerry will be its nominee, Clinton is its finest President, Carter is its senior Statesman and Conscience, but it is Al Gore who gives voice to the party.

That is how I see it.

Thom

8. I selected Dennis
He does of course represent many more of my values than any of the others.

I was strongly pro dean though for many practical reasons.
