Can we get Barney Frank to propose the "Two-Time-Loser Act"?
Or the "Defense of Marraige Against Hypocritical Republican Assholes Act"?

Third marriages will not be recognized by law. In Rush's case, it would prohibit a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth.....marriage.

It would also nullify two-time-loser Newt Gingrich's and Theodore Olson's THIRD marriages.

(we are still happily married 11 years now together, each in our THIRD marriage)

My take on it is that there should be NO restrictions, except having only 1 marriage at a time.
