I agree, 100%, that those people are disgusting pigs. I'm not sure what the laws are here, but I would like to prosecute them, here, for their exploits over there. It's disgusting and depraved, and it makes me very sad for the state of humanity.

And, before we blame all Americans for this activity, the perpetrators come from many, many countries. Not just the USA. It was quite common for travellers from the Germanic countries to take "sex tours" to the Philippines and Thailand. Also, Australians. Not to mention the peoples who inhabit every other continent.

If you want to move, the only safe place seems to be Antartica. Sad, isn't it?

I recall a case not too long ago of a travel agent who set up sex tours in SE Asia and their clients being busted. Never heard if they were convicted, but the arrest made the news.
