His Gallup approval rating was way above what Fox quotes. They're lying. His Gallup approval numbers were better than Reagan, especially during the last two years of their presidencies. Clinton's were worse during his first two years, then approximately the same for the next four, then much better the last 2, when Reagan had Iran-Contra.

I used to be able to show this, but Professor Polkatz has taken his graphs down at the request of Gallup two days ago.

No matter. You can't erase history.

but lets face it Nixon looks good compared to the current resident idiot - I'm beginning to think Reagan looks good compared to the him and I know his father looks better....
