Hart-Rudman Paranoia
In February 2001, Hart-Rudman foretold an attack on U.S. soil. They were dismissed as paranoid. The attack happened as they predicted.

Now they're saying the U.S. is still unprepared for another attack. Once again, they are being ignored.

I say, let's negotiate with Al Qaeda. Let's SETTLE this thing. It's not a radical idea, lawyers do it all the time.

2. Why not? we did it with the Soviets,& China.
Lets get face to face and find out who they are and what they want. then we have someone to hold accountable to crimes instead of some ghost, and making innocent civilians pay the price.
