12. Oh no, you don't understand, they had nothing to do with the economy,

it was going bad when Clinton was in office, they just go stuck with it and they weren't in office long enough to do anything about terrorism, but their military kicked ass in Afghanistan and Iraq. (dripping sarcasm) Please don't confuse their priorities and responsibilities.
After all, it was a long election and * was entitled to a vacation and we all know, when the cats away the mice will play.
