AP/WP Poll: Bush Loses Advantage In War On Terrorism
A rather stunning finding in the new ABC News/Washington Post Poll:

Kerry is seen as a better choice in fighting terrorism by a 48% to 47% margin, effectively erasing one of Bush's perceived big advantages.

By a margin of 52% to 39% Kerry is seen as being more honest and trustworthy. Looks like the "flip-flopper" bullshit hasn't stuck after all, while Bush's reputation for lying has now become majority opinion.

Kerry's lead is now 53% to 45%. If you factor in The Fly, however, the race breaks down 48% Kerry, 44% Bush, 6% Nader. Pretty much exposes the big Nader lie on not taking votes from Kerry, while at the same time showing that The Fly has truly become neo-conservatism's last best hope.

Bush's Disapproval number hits 51%, highest yet for this poll. His approval number stays at 47%, same as last time and the still at the lowest point ever for the unelected president in this poll.

1. It Will Get Worse
One has to work with people to get anything done. Just telling people what they're going to do with an Army behind you dosen't get the job done.

5. Boston Herald= Republican rag
I haven't seen the numbers, but MSNBC is reporting that Bush actually was seen by those polled as best able to "make the country safer and more secure."

That said, the Boston Herald is scraping the bottom of the barrel to desperately find ANYTHING complimentary of the President. Status quo for them.
