Has this been debunked anywhere?

That Michael Moore said the 9/11 passengers were "scaredy-cats" because they were mostly white and if there were black men on the plane they would have taken over the hijackers.

Or something like that. Fighting with a moderate friend over email who refuses to see any MM film because of that quote.

I just can't believe that MM would say that. I searched online (snopes, truth or fiction, google, etc) but can't find it debunked anywhere.

Anyone know?

never heard of him denying it...try the Arron Brown show on CNN...also said he wanted to hire blakcs instead of whites from then on....

but it was worldnetdaily and some UK paper.

Edited to say I found it on foxnews.com, too. Still, even with all these three, I just don't believe it 100%. There has to be an explanation.

Does your friend not see movies directed by Mel Gibson because he's said stupid things? How about other directors?

This is a stupid reason to not see the movie. Please ask your friend if he knows the meaning of the phrase 'cutting off your nose to spite your face'.

The facts are the facts, regardless of what regard you hold the deliverer of those facts in.
