Email from Seemann for Congress
Just got this email from Jeff's campaign (AWD, former proud DUer.) I just thought y'all may be interested.

Dear XXXXXXXXX:

My name is Amanda Seese, and I recently joined the Jeff Seemann for Congress campaign in Ohio's 16th Congressional District.

As the new Finance Director, I want to personally thank you for your contribution to the campaign. If it has not been stressed before, your support is essential to the success of this campaign. Contributors like yourself have helped transfer this from a throw-away race to a viable and contested seat.

Over the past few months, the progress made at the Jeff Seemann campaign has been in large strides, taking his opponent and many on-lookers by surprise. Some of the nationally recognized highlights have included:

Multiple appearances on Air America Radio with Jeanine Garofalo
Appearance on the O'Franken Factor with host, Al Franken
Selection to the DailyKos 8, a featured list of Federal Candidates endorsed on www.dailykos.com

In addition to companies and job loss generating interest, the media elite refer to Stark County as the bellwether county in the election’s most critical state. The Washington Post, Boston Globe, Associated Press, CNN, MSNBC, and other national news outlets have all run stories placing Stark County at the epicenter of this year’s Presidential election.

Also, this past Friday, June 25, Jeff spoke on the same platform as Senator John Kerry. The senator was in town to address issues of job loss and a declining economy in Stark County, Ohio. Jeff and Senator Kerry had a chance to sit down and discuss the challenges facing the district, as well as formulate further strategies concerning Jeff's race.

Prior to senator Kerry's speech, Jeff addressed the crowd of some 4,000 people who attended Perry High School for the greatly anticipated event. To view the video of Jeff's speech and obtain the text, and for further updates concerning the campaign, please visit our website at www.jeffseemannforcongress.com. I am confident that you will see the young, passiontate candidate whose energy inspired the constituents of this district and will continue to do so through November 2, 2004.

Once again, thank you for your time, consideration, and support.

Sincerely,
Amanda Seese
Finance Director
Jeff Seemann for Congress
The Ohio 16th District

Yeahhhh.....GO JEFF!!!! :bounce:
