In the movie she proved that she could do two things at the same time: Chew gum and sound like a retard.

11. Not defending what she said but...
I remember when she made those statements- right around the Dixie Chick thing. I think she saw what they did to the Dixie Chicks and caved into blind patriotism to protect her career. Just my opinion. I'm not sure if she's smart enough to have her own opinion but this one seemed fed to her by a PR guy.

12. You know what I found funny?
Here's this movie with VERY serious stuff in it, bombing, wars, stolen elections, war profiteering, corruption, etc

and then there's Britney Spears, looking all pimped up about to do a "concert", smacking gum, with pork chop lips (greasy looking lipgloss, like she just got done eating a huge porkchop) and saying "yeah I think we should just trust him no matter what".

One guy in my theater, way down front yelled, "CAUSE THAT'S EASIER THAN THINKING, RIGHT?"

Woo, that was funny. I slapped my knee! The audience laughed HARD when she appeared.

17. OMG I TOTALLY forgot about the parachute
the girl trying to put it on mouthed "yes I HAVE" when the guy tried to say she'd never put it on before. That was CLASSIC. People were holding their guts, doubled over laughing on that part.

Thanks for reminding me of that! And the outhouse was great, too!

This is the interview used in F911. It was in September of last year, as she was preparing for her world tour. The Dixie Chicks stuff was more in the march to War, spring of 2003... but I totally agree that Britney was just blindly trying not to be, uhhh, politically controversial. }(

in all fairness she does give a ton of money to charities, She is on the NRA most hated list, and she is not afraid to defend the GLBT community. I think she saw what happened to her mentor Madonna and decided she didn't want to go down the tubes too..and as for her being a flake...OF COURSE! The idiot public loves dumb blonde hot girls...
