Anyone see this fluff piece on the Bush* twins?

Seems they've decided to join up with dad's campaign and talk all about how wonderful their family is.

My favorite snippet:

"Jenna also described how the president interacted with the girls' boyfriends.

"'He's not the shotgun-dad type, he's the joking-around-to-the-point-where-he-scares-the-heck-out-of-them type.'"

Yeah, Jenna. We know. He is the "joking-around-to-the-point-where-he-scares-the-heck-out-of" ALL OF US type.

I have seen the pictures of them dressed up in luxurious ballgowns on a palatial set, looking like little Marie Antoinettes. Media is going all-out to promote the Bushes as royalty.

4. Well, they'd better teach poor Jenna how to dress.

She always looks like she's heading out to a barbeque stand, one with picnic tables and paper plates for amenities. Jenna's prsent outfits will do more to torpedo her dad's "dignity = business suits and ties at all times" attitude than anything else. Fashion, symbol and style conscious GOPers will be pretty turned off.

7. Geebus this is so transparent

The Kerry/Edwards' happy family for real out in public smiling, holding hands and photo-oping.

Comes now the 'refined' Crawford Kid-critters to help old dad scam an image. Ex-hard drinking Bush with hard partying daughters all shined up and tentatively smiling to counter the happy shock wave of the Kerry/Edwards clan.

Sheeesh.
