The House today
Has anyone started a thread on what's happening in the House today?
There will probably be a vote on the Labor, HHS and Education spending bill soon. David Obey is doing a great job, but the House, with it's Republican majority will probably vote for this bad bill.

Anyone's thoughts?

Nancy Pelosi being asked various questions.

2. Is anyone watching C-Span and the House?
Or do we figure that the worst bills keep coming from the
House Republicans and we can't do anything about it?

How are you going to deal with what Bush wants to spend? Blue-dog
Dems says Tanner want to work with the President to get him what
he wants....

I believe Blair is giving his speech next Thursday, one week from today. I'm surprised I haven't heard about this before.

17. hmmmm...I'm sure that's not all.
I hope mainstream papers note each and every spending cut
in order to give a larger tax giveaway to the really wealthy.
And of course, the AIDS funds were actually budgeted during
Clinton's term if Greg Palast is correct.
