Or the "Massachusetts Department of Public Safety" free speech pen?

Or the "Homeland Security" free speech pen?

All of those would be more accurate a description.

4. The courts have always ruled that precautions taken...

for public safety outweigh certain elements of free-speech/assembly.

From what Ive seen, isnt the Fleet center surrounded by highway and water for the most part.

5. Watch the Dems cry foul when

the networks are covering wholesome pro-life types behind razor wire.
By then the damage will have been done. Organizers should have anticipated the repukes would do everything in their power - including instituting draconian gestapo-like measures - to make the Dems look bad. And, for the first time, media whores are paying attention to "1st Amendment Zones." What a surprise.

6. I've noted this too

The media seems to have taken a very sudden interest in these "pens." One has to wonder why, since this has been going on now ever since The Junta accomplished their coup. It couldn't be more obvious where the media's sympathies are.
