5. He talked about serving under Truman and Dwight

and how those two presidents served with honor. And then he went on with all sorts of examples about not lying to the public and also how when you serve in the military, you lead with more wisdom. These are loose praphrases. But he's sticking the shrub about his lack of military service by talking about how others have served.

Now he's talking about miscalculations taking us to war. Standing ovation. Unilateral acts have isolated the country.
