refusal to release tax returns. How do we counter that one?

long lost AWOL records, Teresa will GLADLY release her private information!

3. The wags are saying that she
is the first presidential candidate's wife who has refused to release tax returns but I've got to believe that most past candidates' wives filed jointly with their husbands so they had no choice in the matter.

Besides, Teresa doesn't really draw an income, as far as I know.

Since when are assets taxed?

6. She must have some earned income or
gains from stock holdings. Aside from the privacy issue, I'm not sure what would be so bad about her releasing her returns. Everyone already imagines her to be wealthy beyond belief, what would it hurt?
