I read this on a website:
"George W. Bush, a man who keeps a lawn jockey in the front of home and deeds his property to others with a "no niggers allowed" clause in it."

Anyone know anything about Bush and his lawn jockey and the clause in his property deed?

I find that hard to believe. (Not surprising though.)

3. I think its a reference to Colin Powell & Condi Rice - and yet where his
true "loyalties" lie....

It's not meant "literally"...just figuratively....

4. Some deeds have racial restrictions in them
They're unenforceable, obviously, but they're in the chain of title. Nothing you can do about that.

5. Yes.
My parents did a search several years back, when they purchased some property.

They showed me the original deed, which said the property could not be sold to "Negroes."

It is not their fault that that was in the deed. They regarded it as a distasteful curiosity.
