Bounce this, bounce that...
...the only bounce I'm interested in is the one that will happen when Bush's ass hits the pavement after being bounced out of the White House.

4. Zogby had this to say...
Edited on Mon Aug-02-04 06:23 AM by gtrump
Pollster John Zogby, 7-8-04:
“This is not a big bounce electorate. Let me repeat again: we are a nation that is split down the middle, polarized and hardened. What happened in the past 48 hours is that Undecideds are back down to the 5%-7% range. Kerry’s announcement of Edwards as his running mate brought some of those who defected into the undecided camp in June back into the fold. At the same time, it seems to have also re-energized Bush supporters. Where we are today is probably where we are going to be through much of the summer, if not through most of this campaign"

On edit: Added date reference

5. Most Honest Assessment
I have seen. The other point is the one Michael Moore keeps making - that these polls focus on likely voters - they ignore the 50% of people who don't vote or haven't voted recently. While many of those "nonvoters" may not vote now, I bet some of them will --- that is the group that needs to be focused on by democrats.
