Can BushCo now manipulate specific stocks via terra alerts?

Seems like a brilliant plan! Maybe they're testing it out now. What a club they could wield over boardrooms if BushCo could simply point to a company and say "they're about to get blow'd up!" Stock tanks for a few days, your cronies get to buy it up at a bargain. When no attack happens, BushCo can claim that it protected us, and the stock will rise again "naturally."
