How can Kerry win when Bush lies?
The new Bush line is "We can't talk sense to terrorists or negotiate with them." -insinuating Kerry wants to go soft on the terrorism.
And I hear the media repeating that Kerry has a "secret" plan to get out of Iraq but he's not telling what it is.

The real story is kerry has a plan for getting our allies to help in Iraq but he does not want to reveal all his chips to them before he goes to the table to talk.

How can Bush get away with this shit!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????

There is no way Kerry can win when the President can just blatently lie about Kerry's stance and no one calls him on it!

Ok, I've vented. Thank you. I need a drink and a cigarette.

3. Simple.
By telling the truth. People instinctively know the truth.

Except, of course, for the sociopathic chuckleheads on FreepyLand and L.Dot. Those, they are online Lands of The Lost and Permanantly Disgruntled.

4. It is a significant political disadvantage to Kerry....
That Bush can get away with lying 24/7 and noone in the Media challenges him.

Seriously, and now the media focuses on Kerry and attacks Kerry for "flip flopping"???? When the other candidate, Bush, not only flip flops, but downright lies and lies and lies and lies!!!???

6. This is where the media has abandoned their journalistic duty
to get at the truth. Everytime one of these lying bastards gets on TV or print, the interviewer should question them until they get at the truth. They don't do this unless it's a Democrat of course. I have seen the most egregious lies go unchallenged by so-called journalists. I hope after this nightmare is over, we activists go about the business of remedying this situation.

9. People know Bush lies
The problem is that the media is in his pocket, and lies for him.

That's the real problem for Kerry.

10. What's that song? It's Not Going To Work This Time
More and more, I think of Bush as The Boy Who Cried WMD and wearied his listeners beyond tolerance. The numbers have been clear for months - the American people believe this war is a mistake and is being mishandled by George W. Bush. He comes out with "It was right then and it's right now," a feeling not shared by We the Peeps. I think the lack of confidence that the general electorate has in his record and his judgment is a balance to his lies. In fact, it makes it harder for him to lie because he's cried "wolf" so many times in the past three years.

He's pissed off a lot of people, not least of whom are many in his own party, the CIA and the press. This ain't gonna be like it was in 2000 for W.

11. people people people....
let's have a little faith here. Kerry got his nomination, bush got his terra alert, Kerry was in the faces of the media, all day....and it didn't cost him a penny. It's all good. I am telling you this man is fixing to kick some butt and take names later. His demeanor has changed since the nomination. He is a man on a mission. CNN said that Kerry was good at 2 things, getting elected and marrying rich women. Bawahaaa...I'm okay with that.

13. you know what?
I think Kerry should say--some people think that "you can't reason with these people" which is a racist statement--(do you think THEY can't be logical? ) But I would sit down, and talk with them, and address their concerns about our foreign policy.

Personally, I would be thrilled if Kerry said this instead of warmongering. I think the whole world would breathe a sigh of relief--and say FINALLY the grownups are going to be in charge.
