If Zarqawi is Captured
Buzzflash is posting an article for Kuwait that claims that Zarqawi has been captured on the Syrain-Iraqi border. If this is true can this help Bush get reelected or is this too little too late? Does anyone believe the problems in Iraq will stop if Zarqawi has been captured?

2. Does anyone believe the problems in Iraq will stop
No. Not until true sovereignty is established... and unfortunately... the struggle for power until that happens... will be long and bloody. They may end up having a civil war... just as we did... and what will it be about? Money.. power... and control... and certainly not about our "freedom".

3. No, it won't help Bush win as long as people point out
the realistic possibilities that this guy has been dead for over a year, and also, that Bush has passed on him several times so that he could play this bogeyman card and make his Al-Qaeda/Iraq connection.

4. I'm totally skeptical that any one or two or ten people are coordinating
my guess is that Iran is funneling money and resources to dozens of insurgent leaders to help keep the Coalition bogged down. What kind of coordinated communication could one or few insurgents be using??? Iran is playing a big role in this, our commanders know it but outside of drafting millions or using nukes, the US isn't going into Iran.

5. Every indy article I've read confirms your opinion
Especially the ones published on non-indy news sourse such as Slate. Everything points to what is, essentially, gang warfare, with thousands upon thousands of disaffected, unemployed Iraqis with nothing better to do with their time than kill Americans.

6. Believe me, unless the catch Osama....
.....it won't matter at all. Unfortunately most of America is not following the news very carefully, Zarqawi is an unknown to them.

8. Zarqawi is a figure of chaos and a distraction
The Iraqi resistance will be better off without him. The resistance won't stop just because Zarqawi is captured or killed. It may help them become more focused.
