There is this old joke that seems to be appropriate today.
A man riding in a railroad coach car sees the man next to him lighting matches and throwing them out the window.
"Why are you doing that?" has asks.
The man replies, "To keep the elephants away!"
The first man looks out the window. "I don't see any elephants."
"See how effective this is?" his seatmate asks.

We are now in a national security period of Orange, at least in NY, NJ and DC. If nothing happens in this period in the way of terrorist attacks, will Bushie and Ton Ridge claim their color code is soooooo
effective?



PS: Can we start calling Ridge "Agent Orange"?
