It will happen at the Olympics.

1. I think something will definitely happen at the Olympics
but maybe here, too. Closer to the election.

16. Yep. There'll be arrests and lots of specifics.
I expect they'll pick a random bunch of middle eastern guys in New York who share an apartment, arrest them, parade them around in the media, and ship them off into oblivion.

They'll talk about how they were preparing the blow up X landmark.

3. What do you expect to happen, Will?
Look at the Geography of the site. Greece is very strategically placed, in relation to possible starting locations. Specific to the Olympic sites, what would be the most effective attack? A car bomb in the car park during peak times? A series of car bombs?

4. Athens has historically had horrible airport security
PanAm 103 originated there and the boombox with the explosives was loaded on there.

I was talking to a co-worker weeks ago and we agreed that we would be surprised if something doesn't happen. Hope and pray it doesn't but it is a huge target.

6. Athens has a brand new airport
and I had to show ID 6 times between walking in the door and boarding the plane (got back 2 weeks ago). When I first started going (around 10 years ago, I could have gotten off the plane with a machine gun and nobody would have stopped me. The biggest worry now is security but that would be for anywhere the Olympics were being held. Please send good thoughts/prayers/karma their way - they've put a lot of work into these games.

14. LOL - I wish I were a globetrotter
I do go to Greece often (8 times in last 10 years) - love it there - great summer weather and the nicest people around. I'm so hoping these Olympics go well....the Greeks deserve it from all the hard work and the athletes deserve it for all their hard work. Along with the brand new airport, I have to say I never saw Athens look cleaner. Although one thing the Europeans could learn from the Americans is emission standards on cars. Fumes just permeate the air there.

That's not to say an attack won't be fabricated here, of course.

7. I fear both.
I believe that Al-Queyda is going to do everything possible to disrupt our elections. To prove it's strengh and to re-elect their best ally.

The sad truth is that an attack on the US or Europe doesn't even have to be of the magnitude of 9/11. Restauants, cineplexes, sports events, are everywhere. And, churches, therebye transforming Boobya's alleged "war on terror" into an outright religious war.

I sure do hope that I'm wrong.

8. Does anyone else think
that Al-Qaida is unlikley to hit America again in the near-future?

9-11 was like a lottery jackpot/hole-in-one for them, they can't really top it. I'm guessing they would prefer to do a big attack on another country that's not expecting it (like they did with Spain). That of course doesn't rule out lone psychos, domestic terrorists, splinter groups etc (eg. like the washington sniper, anthrax mailer etc).

12. How does that help Bush in the domestic election?

If it doesn't help Bush, the Thugs could give a shit.

13. Don't say that...
don't even think it. I LOVE the olympics. At it's best it brings out the best in people. (Although I will admit it also brings out some of the worst as well.)

My best friend has been having "a bad feeling" about this olympics ever since they announced it would be in Athens. The closer it gets the more she frets. I really want to believe y'all are being paranoid. I don't want to be afraid that you aren't.

15. Disagree
I see Operations Northwoods 2004. Only instead of it being blamed on the Cubans like the plan was in the early 60s, it will be blamed on Iran and/or Syria.

18. Operation 'Waterfalls Of Blood'©2004 fake-ass Al-Qaida
Olympic attacks would certainly give direction to new Europe, and might explain bush-butt-buddy Barroso's rise to power.

I'll guess **August 11** for the day.

Number of attacks and/or attackers **7**

**Muslim Turks** get the blame (and/or, Syrians, smuggled thru Turkey, etc..)

I've not studied the events schedule -and it's probably a good thing- cause one of these days, SOMEBODY is going to hit the jackpot, LOL!

-In your opinion, which days or events are most likely targets? Will it be Trains, Planes, or Automobiles?

19. Small attacks...
I don't think there will be anything in comparison to the towers. The groups are spread out and I think they have many small hits planned. Their operations are more designed to alienate our allies and leave us standing alone. (Gee, this sounds like Bush's plan, too.) They are training insurgents to attack, as well as kidnap, in Iraq. There numbers are growing, but they are a mighty patient group and they don't take their eye off the long range goal. Once they have been successful in our complete alienation, the big stuff will begin to happen again. If they were to attack at the Olympics, our allies would rally together and the long term goal would be squashed. Of course, this is all just my opinion, worth exactly what you paid for it.

'72 Munich Olympics - horrible and unforgettable images! I would not want to participate in or attend these Olympics for the world! But I obviously hope to hell we're both wrong!
