Was there a stampede to get to the polls in Missouri?

If there was, I'm worried. This rotten anti-gay amendment is going to be on several state ballots on November 2nd. I'm worried it will cause a bigger Bush turnout.

I'm not convinced they would all be Bush voters though. There really are a lot of people who want gays to have the same rights as everyone, but don't like the word MARRIAGE. I don't think you can judge the whole country by Mo., the same as you can't judge it by Al, Ga, and Tx.

I suspect there are voters in both parties who would vote against the word marriage.
