I voted today....

I did not vote for the favorite in the Senate race. He's a well-respected moderate that appeals to voters across the board, even some Republicans. And that is why I could not vote for him. He will probably be the next Senator from Colorado. I chose to vote for a more defined Democrat, although the chances of him winning the primary are slim. But, if he were elected, I would not have that little doubt asking, "will he change his Party affiliation"? Now, I do not know if that will happen with the other Democrat or not. Actually, it probably will not. However, I do not like having that feeling of betrayal in the back of my mind.

Salazar puts me to sleep, but he will become the next senator from CO and that's Okay - better than the GOP alternatives.

Yeah, I know Salazar will win -- but I hated the way the Colorado Democratic Party marginalized Mike Miles. One of the reasons he has no name recognition (to those of you who questioned that earlier in another post) is that the Democratic Party has ignored his campaign from the start. His name wasn't even on the Democratic website. And this was PRIOR to Nighthorse-Campbell dropping out and Salazar dropping in.

Mike's placard is great: BE THE CHANGE.
