3. Schumer should be blaming his own corrupt, Enron-enabling ass.

That bastard was put into office by Enron because he supported deregulation.

Charles Schumer should have been arrested and jailed with Ken Lay and Phil and Wendy Gramm.

That prick is just as guilty as Bush or Cheney when it comes to the blackout. What a fucking hypocrite.

"The company backed Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) in his successful 1998 campaign to oust Republican Sen. Alfonse D'Amato. Schumer's views on electricity deregulation dovetailed closely with Enron's. Two years later Schumer, who has advocated deregulation as a way of reducing New York state's high power costs, co-authored a bill to restructure electricity markets along lines favored by Enron."

4. Well, So Much for My Planned Post
to the effect of, "SCHUMER, Dem hero." On other issues, he's been in my heros' list of RANGEL, FRANK, WEXLER, WAXMAN, LEAHY.

God ..what I don't know about politics!

I do know we pleaded with Schumer and Hillary Not to vote for the Iraqi resolution and they went ahead and voted "yes".

6. That'll make it easier to vote for him next year.
He is up for re-election already, right?
