1. been watching for about 30 minutes
it's a mess. Fort Myers looks like it is simply underwater, about 2 feet and getting worse. Massive storm surge predicted for Charlotte Harbor.

This is going to be a major disaster for florida.

5. just said Charlotte Harbor is being ripped apart
the hurricane travelled about 13 miles to a place it needed to go in order to maintain its strength
