Untrue. When Bush used tax payer dollars to fly in a plane to the aircraft carrier that was coming to him rather than waiting for it or taking a uncool helicopter, he said it was worth taking out Saddam because evil dictators need to be dealt with. Bush says there is a foreign element entering the country. Last time I checked, we are the foreign element.
