Face the nation host - "sorry atheists if I offended you"
I didn't catch what he said that offended anyone but I'm glad to see that some people don't right atheists off as 'not really citizens' like Lieberman and Shrub. Being able to accept eachothers beliefs is the only way to go, the days of pointing at eachother and shouting insults need to end.

BTW - He also said his apology goes to everyone except the person who sent him a letter calling him a "doddering old retard" to him the message was "you have my invetation to stuff it" I thought that was funny :)

Tolerance is the key. Whether your atheist or theist. We can acomplish so much more if we can just find a way to get along.
