Dean gets boost on 'Meet the Press'!
The last segment was dedicated to the 2004 Presidential elections.
The talking heads basically agreed that Dean, without CLark in the race, was the likely Dem winner.
----
My opinion: If Clark stays out, Dean sews it up, and offers the VP nimination to him. Dean/Clark!
It is known that Dean has been talking privately with CLark about Foreign policy.

From Dean's campaign site - "The Iraq Truth Center" - which I might consider arrogant, *except* for the fact that we're living in "The Iraq Lie Center", lol

10. They also said that they're all in trouble if Clark runs...
Edited on Sun Aug-24-03 10:26 AM by Kahuna
They believe that Clark WILL run. Said Dean can't match Clark obviously on the national security issues. Said Clark has to do some homework on the domestic issues.

Clark is so methodical I am postitive that by the time he declares he will be able to cite his positions on domestic issues with the greatest agility. I wonder if Clark has a photographic memory like Kennedy had. I wouldn't be surprised. Clark is very sharp.

23. Very bright
His book talks about him studying issues and reading 200 page reports almost every day. He has the positions. His values are strong. Attaching policy to them shouldn't be a problem. It is about the message and leadership.

Gov. Dean will be in Boise, Idaho in about 20 minutes, and will appear on Wolf Blitzer at noon EDT.

We Can...

We can, do the impossible
We have the power in our hands
And we won't stop 'cause we've got
To make a difference in this life
With one voice, one heart, two hands, we can

Do the impossible.

the pic's very symbolic of the dean campaign, in that it inspires hope and passion, putting a big smile on everyone's face, including 'da man himself :-)

on edit: i think that's wesley clark in there, face partially hidden, at the top, center of the picture... see, even CLARK loves dean :-)
