1. Does that apply to private property?
I think that's from his "ranch" which would technically be private property.

2. If he's on his farmland or whatever that laugh of a place is called
then no he doesn't. If he's on a county road or state highway or city then that is another story!

4. Can you point me to where it says that in TEXAS law?
I posted the link to the offical law...

I know it's that way in some places but maybe I'm missing it on that page.

7. Maybe it is the farm truck thing?
<snipped from your link>
The person is operating a commercial vehicle registered as a farm vehicle under the provisions of Section 502.163 that does not have a gross weight, registered weight, or gross weight rating of 48,000 pounds or more.

3. I think that was taken on his "ranch".
He can drive anyway he wants to there. If he hits a tree, or rolls it into a ditch - then so be it.

9. This is what TEXAS law says...
http://www.buckleuptexas.com/seatbeltlaws/Seatbeltslaw.asp

45.413. Safety Belts; Offense

(a) A person commits an offense if the person:

(1) is at least 15 years of age;

(2) is riding in the front seat of a passenger vehicle while the vehicle is being operated;

(3) is occupying a seat that is equipped with a safety belt; and

(4) is not secured by a safety belt.

The only exception I see that MIGHT apply if he were riding a "commercial farm vehicle" under 48,000 pounds. I think that applies to tractors, etc.

Anyhow, just having a little fun with the Chimp.

14. Emperors are above the law, don't you know?
If Clinton did it, of course, you could have reasonably expoected a House investigation covered at great length by Corporate Pravda.

But then, Clinton was merely President, not Emperor...

rolling around on the dashboard as that is used as a filing cabinet in Texas. :)

23. Am I the only person who looks at that picture and starts hearing...
Riding on the range,
I've got my hat on,
I've got my boots, dusty.
I've got my saddle
On my horse.
He's called Trigger
Of course.

I wanna be a cowboy
You can be my cowgirl

Riding on the chuck wagon,
Following my man.
His name is Ted,
Can you believe that?
Camping on the prairie
Plays havoc with my hair.
Makes me feel quite dirty,
Though we all do sometimes

I wanna be a cowboy
and you can be my cowgirl

26. Maybe the 15 years of age requirement refers to mental and not
chronological age. Bush would easily be within the law.
