So Bernard Kerik's work in Iraq is done? 3 months and out?

So Bernard Kerik's work in Iraq is done? 3 months and out?
Wasn't he the former NY police something. I saw an interview with Mr. Kerik (the assistant to Bremer). He said his 3 months are up. Is he bailing? Does he need more time with the family? They keep talking about Iraqis providing security so we can assume the work is not done. Where is he going?
